Ms Xiaoyun is a talented and highly-skilled professional pianist. She is also a piano teacher who strives for excellence.

When we first met Ms Xiaoyun, my daughter Naomi just turned 10 and had previously studied piano for four years. Back then, she was preparing for the entrance exam to Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music (Junior Department, JD). During their lessons together, Ms Xiaoyun patiently worked through every bar of music with my daughter, explaining to her the structure, phrasing, dynamics and articulation of each piece. Such a highly-detailed manner of teaching allows young children to better understand and master the inner workings of the piece musically and efficiently. Consequently, under her guidance, Naomi was accepted to Trinity Laban JD as the youngest student of the cohort. Also under the guidance of Ms Xiaoyun, in June 2019, Naomi clinched the Silver medal award at the Wimbledon International Piano Competition (London). During the closure of the city due to Covid-19, Ms Xiaoyun continues to maintain a high level of teaching through zoom with Naomi. As Naomi prepares for her Grade 7 trinity online exam, Ms Xiaoyun carefully checks through all Naomi's fingerings and ensures that her playing captures every musical marking written on the score. Naomi has been deeply influenced by Ms Xiaoyun's strive for perfection in music. Naomi has been practicing diligently and she aspires to be a concert pianist like her teacher in the future.

晓蕴是一位專業的鋼琴演奏者和具有極高水平的音樂人材，而且還是一位態度認真、要求嚴格、精益求精的鋼琴教師。

 

记得女兒Naomi當時剛10歲，學鋼琴四年，正為申請倫敦 Trinity Laban音樂學校附小 （Junior）而準備入學考试。晓蕴老师帶我女兒上了十幾節鋼琴課。她對曲目細節的打磨很有技巧，能让孩子很快领悟并掌握。在她耐心的指導和點撥下，我女兒在預備入學考试的曲子的彈奏水平又上一個高度。我相信正因如此，女兒才以年紀最小的學員 順利地考进 Trinity Laban。還是在晓蕴老师的輔導下，2019年夏季女兒參加倫敦 Wimbledon International Piano Competion 鋼琴比賽獲得銀獎。即使在2020年新冠疫情封城期間，女兒仍然通過發達的網絡向老師再次學習鋼琴技巧，潤色並推敲女兒備考今年夏季鋼琴七級的曲目，女兒也深受老師為藝術追求完美的態度影響，能刻苦努力地練琴，越彈越棒！

非常感恩女兒在學習音樂和鋼琴的道路上遇到了一位好老師。女兒真心喜歡音樂，相信將來也想成為一名鋼琴演奏家！感謝老師！希望晓蕴老师能發揮潛能，在鋼琴界大展宏圖，桃李天下！
